SHIPPING

All Marzoline orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5pm or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All Marzoline orders are shipped from Milan (Italy). Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with the following options: 

WITHIN THE UE: courier TNT – Shipping costs between 5 – 15 euros.                                                                                                                                                                                                            

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: courier DHL – Shipping costs from 20 euros. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or an exchange please contact info@marzoline.com. You will then receive a return/exchange form to fill out. 

Return: You may return any full price item for a complete refund within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with all hang tags still attached. Shipping costs will be paid by Marzoline for all return while shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded . Marzoline will arrange a pick up of the item through the dedicated courrier at the specific address provided by the customer and the item will be shipped back to Marzoline warehouse in Milan. Only after a quality check of the returned product, Marzoline will issue the refund to the customer.            

Exchange: You may exchange any full price item within 14 days of receiving the item. In case of an exchange, once the item to exchange is collected by Marzoline to the customer's address and shipped to the warehouse in Milan, a quality check will be run by Marzoline. Provided that the item is in its initial conditions, you will receive notification of the shipping of the new item requested. 

Please note all sale items and custom-made items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any Marzoline items that have been purchased on other websites or from other retailers.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of shipped goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
